Joslin Sonora
Healthcare Management & Operations
Joslin Sonora is a healthcare management professional with a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management and hands-on leadership experience operating and expanding family-owned care home facilities in Kansas. She manages day-to-day operations for residential care settings, supporting both staff development and resident well-being while ensuring compliance and high-quality care standards.
Joslin has a strong background in coordinating interdisciplinary teams, improving internal systems, and leading growth initiatives, including roles focused on staffing, activities programming, and patient intake strategy. Passionate about creating compassionate, well-run environments, she blends operational structure with a person-centered approach to healthcare and senior living services.

We work with families to find the payment path that fits. Below are the three ways residents typically cover the cost of care at Mi Casa.
Medicaid (HCBS)
Mi Casa accepts Medicaid through Kansas Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) waiver programs.
Long Term Care Insurance
We accept most long-term care insurance plans. If your loved one has an existing policy, we can work with you and the insurer to confirm coverage and handle the billing process.
Private Pay
Families who pay privately can contact us directly for current rates and availability. We're happy to walk you through what's included and answer any questions about the cost of care.
